    ... people will push and shove, climbing over barriers and squashing themselves against walls in order to shove their hand that inch closer to the window. The queues just don't work at all in fact! Whenever there's a window or booth, as many people as can get their hand through the gap will do so, so that the poor clerk is trying to serve about 6 people at once but instead just serves nobody.

    ... rain and won't dry due to the humidity and constant rains, even Louise's bag had white furry mould on it, yuk!!
