... definitely got less wake than we did and slept a lot better. They have been living on their boats for two years now. A trawler came up and anchored really close to us and seemed to be lecturing his companion on how to properly set a chain. He had all the closest boats watching his actions carefully because seemed to let out a lot of chain to be so close to everyone. Luckily my cousin Jamie and friend Sarah won the whole tournament so it was ok that the rest of us knocked each other out. They were on fire and didn’t lose a game all night. It ended up being a great time and another late night for us. When we got home we all immediately went to bed.

I'm sat in a motel in Newark and for no other reasons than being a bit bored and it raining outside, I'm writing this. This is a very special motel, it offers a free hot breakfast in the morning. Now, the special part is the 'hot' part. Yes, yes, you'll find some establishments willing to put on a bit of a continental breakfast style spread, but not many venture into the realm of the oven. On top of this, the motel boasts 102 'sparkling clean' guest rooms. The room is clean but ...
