        Outside--temp in the low 50s, gray skies that threaten rain, and a snappy breeze blowing--in other words, not real inviting.         ... be amazing on weekends afternoons. It is crowded, but the teenagers go as in other parts on Tokyo. Girls in very short skirts, mostly SHIFON, light linen, with decorated high socks.
