I arrived exhausted at 2am with no reservation anywhere and had a 12 hour layover. I called the hotel and was quickly picked up by the complementary shuttle I asked for and was given a wonderful room (even a free upgrade to a King size bed)! The room was clean and the shampoo and soap smelled lovely. 5 stars!

Worst Restaurant I have EVER dined in
I have gotten better service at the neighborhood Teriyaki joint. The service was exceptionally BAD! The waitress was Missing In Action most of the evening (we thought she was on break), and other waiters claimed that they could not wait on us, but would rush off to get our waitress after making sure that their own tables were covered. My girlfriends and I spent as much time looking around for our waitress and/or other waiters we'd asked to find her. It seems that our waitress was also assigned to a large party in a back room of the restaurant. The food was an exceptionally long wait and when we asked a waiter who finally brought water to the table to check on it, we were told that it will be up when it's ready. The food was tasteless and luke warm, the salad was swimming in much to much dressing, and the vegetables were burnt. I do not recommend this restaurant. It was the most expensive and the worst birthday dinner I have ever had. We decided to go elsewhere for dessert because we waited so long for our waitress to return to the table after she had brought the dessert menu (we timed her at 20 minutes and we had asked another waiter if he could get her, yet again).
Nice airport hotel
A very nice airport hotel, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and great washrooms. Only negative comment would be the $14 a night parking (especially considering the Holiday Inn and Clarion hotels next door charge only $7)
Excellent hotel, great choice for business travellers
I had a great stay at the Hilton SeaTac; it's an absolutely wonderful hotel. Upon arriving at the airport I called in to request for the complementary shuttle, and it arrived soon after. The driver was very friendly and offered to take me to any nearby restaurant first if I was hungry. My room was on the ground floor, which was perhaps because I booked a special rate through a discount site. This was no problem however besides there being no privacy when peering out the window. The room had more than enough space, with two extremely comfortable double beds, a 27" TV, seating area and work desk, along with all of the usual amenities found in most hotels. The next morning I tried to order room service, which is where I have my only complaint. It took quite a few calls before I could get anyone to answer, but when I eventually got a response they were prompt in delivery and the food tasted exceptionally good. One of the best burgers I've had! (Although a tad on the expensive side).
I checked out at around 1 PM, which they say in most cases is allowed, and I'm sure I'll be back some time in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to others. From all the hotels I've stayed in within Seattle the Hilton SeaTac ranks high up on the list. I'm more than satisfied with this hotel and the service I received.
A while back I stayed for two nights at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, but what REALLY impressed me was how efficient and helpful the staff was. Room service was prompt (food's good), and the hotel van driver went out of his way to help - I needed to return to the airport (at night, no less) to sort out something, and without question the driver drove me there even though it was not a scheduled run. I was told to just give him a call when I'm ready to come back - and the van showed up very quickly when I did call. I honestly wasn't expecting service like that, and let me just say as a single female business traveller, it's very much appreciated. While all amenities were up to Hilton standards (and there was very little airport noise inside the hotel), it's the staff that made my stay memorable. Highly recommended.
Beware ---Parking Expensive
We stayed just one night 22nd November 2004 I got this room through priceline, for a good rate.
The room was vert clean, coffee machine, bottled water nice bathrom, desk, chair, King. I was pretty happy with the hotel the reception staff were very helpful. My one complaint would be I was very very surprized that we had to PAY for parking $15 Self Park. That really puts the price up. I also found it to be very much a Conference Hotel The walk to the Car Park is a long way all the way through their Conference Facility. If you dont have a car NO Problem rooms pretty quiet only heard a couple of planes in the morning.
Romance Package at the Hilton Seattle Airport
Spent 3 great nights at the Hilton Seattle.....booked the Romance Package for $119 a night...this included 2 full breakfasts each day and a bottle of champagne at arrival. Room was clean and large. Bathroom was pleasantly clean and large also. Even though hotel is across the street from the airport I never heard airplanes...not once. I would recommend this hotel.
One of the nicest Hiltons I've stayed in. Very comfortable bed and very prompt room service. Had the ribeye and it was good. Parking is way too expensive, so avoid it, if possible. Location to Airport is the best in the city. Friendly staff and very accomodating. I'd stay again.
Hilton Hotel & Conference Center at Sea-Tac Airport
My husband & I and a friend booked 2 rooms for May 8, 2004 at the Hilton Sea-Tac Hotel. We had booked the rooms six months prior directly through the hotel and checked rates periodically, changing to better rates several times saving us $30 apiece. My husband & I had stayed at this hotel in 1997 before our first Alaska trip and were satisfied then; but quite impressed with the remodeling that has taken place recently. It still has the huge enclosed hot tub which was a welcome sight after our 8-hour plane ride from Florida! The gardens were not as abundant as 1997, but were still pretty. The bed was so comfortable, we looked at the label for the manufacturer so we might purchase one. We walked to a Denny's restaurant nearby, where the entire staff began to entertain us, as we were the only guests at that time. The bellman who picked us up at the airport was very helpful and personable, arranging whatever we wanted to be comfortable. We will DEFINITELY stay at the Hilton the next time we are in Seattle. Plus, we never heard any planes even though the airport is across the street!
We got this hotel thru Priceline. When we arrrived at SEATAC and called the hotel for a pick up around midnight, the driver was prompt, courteous and very helpful (we had about 8 large pcs of luggage). When we arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk was also friendly, courteous and accomodating. We wanted to change our room from the old building to the new, he did so with no problem. I am finicky, however, the room was very nice, clean and roomy. The next morning the hotel van took us to and offered to pick us up from Denneys for breakfast and also arranged our transportation to the Port of Seattle. This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff!!!
A grand hotel
The Hilton at SeaTac airport if definitely the nicest hotel at the Airport. They recently remodeled and the property is magnificent. The rooms are very clean and the staff are all outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sea/Tac. You won't even know you are near the airport once you get inside.

... guide instead of a bus, and he was really twitchy incase I was a critic that they're all scared of. No idea what that was all about. Anyway, he was good, the tour was good, but the process of getting on it was a pain in the ****. Things I did on my own on other days were taking the monorail to the space needle and going up to the viewing platform (it's awesome), having a proper look around the market, getting a Starbucks from the first ever one, and generally snooping around shops ...
