... Using an electric frying pan we put in a fair amount of butter, some lemon juice, dehydrated lemon peel, parsley and pepper. When the butter was melted we put the raw shrimp in and when it was pink the scallops were added and just before serving we put some heavy cream in and got it all hot. ... in the head while on a roller coaster we got stuck I the waiting line for such a long time here , Simpsons ride that was another 4d ride, it made jake feel sick, Harry Potter ride after a 1hr and 20 minute wait that was a roller coaster through gringotts bank, the rock coaster which jake made me do much to my disapproval, it was a super fast scary roller coaster I hated it, disaster ride, which was like simulating natural disasters while stuck on a train. ...

... were soaked within about twenty seconds. But is was an amazing experience as we have never seen rain like it. We got back to the hotel about 5.30 & had a relaxing night being dry. Footnote: the weather here is amazing. The temperature drops a little bit during the rain but almost as soon as it stops it rises again. The public spaces here are absolutely lovely with lush plants & flowers because of the high rainfall & temperatures, and are really well maintained. Seriously ...

... and Big Thunder Mountain. Once Emily had finished work the three of us ate at *** We waited for Disney's electrical parade but due to the horrendous rain, thunder and lightening, it was cancelled.
