... she didn't know what they were and threw them back. the last one she caught a great egret landed on the boat and wanted the fish, but she didn't see it in time and was already tossing it back. she also fished from the shore near the campground back a slew. caught a couple of blue gills. same great egret came from the other side of the lake when she waved to it, and she fed it the fish. along the slew were annhingas fishing also and lots of turtles. supposed to ...
... that problem is still there. The parc is a bit: 'past it's time', but we didn't care because we didn't go into the park, we were on the river. The water around the spring is crystal-clear and you really want to swim in it, but you are not allowed, and a ranger is patroling the area. The ranger, we were told is a special guy who basically has more juristiction than the sheriff and a normal policeman.
Today we introduced Marty to the other side of Florida - both literally and figuratively - as we drove the "engine malfunctioning" Jag to St. Augustine on the Atlantic side of Florida. Once again it was a beautiful morning and we drove through very different countryside to the last trip to Clearwater Beach.
