... near the water. Figures, right?! Oh well. After lunch, we drove through some very rural parts of Florida to get over to I-95. I thought the small roads stunk, but traffic on I-95 was awful almost the entire way. Lots of major slow sections. What should have been a 10 hr drive is going to take more like 12-13 hrs. It has been a hard and tiring drive for Darin. He's a good sport ...
... most of the people around us were from Ontario - at least three other couples! The lack of big names, like Tiger Woods, probably made the day more manageable although they were pouring in all day as the buses behind us attested.

We ventured back to the Lopez Legacy Country Club for dinner but it was a 45 minute wait and there was a band that was way too loud for our last night's dinner conversation. So we opted to go to Olive Garden. We all had fond memories of meals there and of course they are no longer in Canada. Although it was way too cold inside we did enjoy our dinners. It will be sad to see Shirley go home tomorrow.
