Parky isn't it!

... few people will stay with us for along time - sharing stories from home, sharing their food and enjoying thier fantastic smiles. The joy on their faces and their excitement as they entered Goa (for the first time) was infectious - nine hours on a train which passed far too quickly..... Day 2 - The Reamer

Day 1 - The Ball Breaker

See that Campsite?

After almost finishing the part of the Pennine that I call “The Ball Breaker” Ryan points down the mountain to a little campsite in the distance. It was far away but hope sprang back into my heart until he said, “See that campsite? Our campsite is only 2km from there.” YEARGH!!!

Day 1 of the trip

... raining still!

It has been a bit of a blur today, as well as the Royal Marsden we have been to Addenbrookes in Cambridge, THe Queen Elizabeth in Birmingham and now I am sitting in a cosy front room in Sheffield with a real fire!
I am excited about tomorrow as we will be going back to my home town of Newcastle. Yippee!!

London to Stonehenge

We woke up at 6:15am to get ready to meet our tour to Stonehenge and Bath at Kings Cross at 7:55am. We barely made it. We had to run for our tour bus! I hadn't even eaten breakfast yet.
