Staying at the Hilton Nairobi was great! The rooms were wonderful, the food in the restaurant was delicious and acommodating. The bellhop took care of all of my juices in the freezer and one of them even called to help me order fresh juice from a local juice bar the second time we stayed there on our return from the safari. They allowed me to use a specific computer so that I could locate a place for us to go to Church and helped me find the right one that was closest to us.

Hilton have comfortable contemporary rooms with a city view. The comfortable room has large soundproofed windows, which i enjoyed the silence of the warm night.

Today was sort of a bittersweet day, sweet in that the team got to experience another new activity but bitter in that it was the last day to interface with the Kenyan people. The team, minus Matt and David, went to the Matheny Ministries Leadership Conference to help prepare and serve lunch to the 800 delegates. While they were doing that, John …

      Hakunamatata! Karibu!

I haven't blogged for a while because while we were on our trip we didn't have internet for a lot of it and if we did we had to pay for it...so I am going to be playing catch up for about a month!

      Epilogue

I spent 3 weeks on the truck after reuniting myself with them in Zanzibar. We toured the game parks of Tanzaniaand then crossed into Rwanda for people to see mountain gorillas near the Congolese border. Soon after that we crossed into Uganda, where I decided to head home back to England.
