    ... care of that layer of water on the ice. A flight to Appleton, WI was just canceled due to unsafe conditions. Yes, this parting image is how I will remember Mpls from the beaches of Chile. Temp in Valparaiso is 75 now, the sun will set at 8:51 PM. Just imagine! Sigh...
