Well the time has come and we have said allof our goodbyes. All we have to do is finish packing the bags and get to Detroit! Thank you for all of your help in getting ready for this trip and for your support of us as we do what we love. We hope these next three months are great for everyone and we look forward to seeing you at Christmas!

... 8 dollars but we could use the walk.
Canada milks the tourists for all it can get. We bought hot dogs from a street vendor2 for 11 dollars when I had seen them advertised on the walk to the cliff for 2 dollars each.
On top of the cliff there are a few shops a bar street vendors with crowds to fill them up. One thing we have noticed that in all these outside areas there are no public toilets you have to go into a commercial building to access these ...

We flew WestJet from London to Vancouver. See attached pictures for a view of the Rockies from the plane.
... through south London. More condominum housing and strip malls, with all the big box stores you can think of. With all the development taking place I wondered how long the city could hold on to its title as The Forest City.
We shared a time of great food, and conversation, talking until after 10:00 p.m., when we decided it was best to check into our hotel to get some sleep, since we had such a long journey waiting for us the following day.
Ed woke up at 6:15am, he was supposed to be outta here by 6:00am. On his way to pack up my Aunt for the long awaited trip. Today I will have to get the house in order before she gets here. Things to remember, sign, get officially packed for the long trip ahead tomorrow bright and early, I can't wait.....

About a mile out from where we were going to camp, a man stopped us in the street. He flagged us down on a 90 kph highway. He was wearing a ron jons surf shop hat and he told us about a trailer park that would take us for the night.
Anyway, it's this huge perminant resident trailor park right on the edge of the lake. We're sleeping on this cliff and I can hear the waves crashing. It's beautiful.
Like I said before.... What a day.
... month to be there. When I first arrived the buds were just opening on the trees and daffodil bulbs were beginning to sprout. By the end of the month when I left all of the trees were in their full greenery and the weather was sunny and warm. Summer flowers were being planted in my friend's gardens and swimming pools were being prepped for a season of ...

You don't want to know how long I stayed on those things.
After that, we strolled around the lake for about an hour, which was lovely. Here we found ducks, grumpy geese, ducks, physics-defying trees, more ducks, and... ducks.
Again, the girls took it upon themselves to snap photos of Nick and I without our knowing. Sneaky.
Finally, we headed ...
... she prepares a BBQ's for us and we enjoy some Niagara (Pellar estates) wine. We relax on her balcony and hear stories about Ground Hogs, skunks and racoons ... all of which seem to cause nothing but hassle - some stories include one guy who tries to evict an unwelcome groundhog who has dug himself a hole underneath this guy's front porch. The groundhog has tunnelled under the porch so among other things the guy tries to drown him out, catch him in a trap, fumigate ...
