By this time the meeting was over and we returned to pick up the other couple because we were going to ride the DUCKs. DUCKs are vehicles from WW II which can run on the road and in water. Bob & I have experienced the DUCKs in Branson, MO several years ago, but the rest of the group had never been in one, ...

Kyle and Liz left about 2ish but Alan & Kris stayed until about 4. It was a great visit, too bad it doesn't happen more often, but that would mean everyone moving to South Texas and that ain't gonna happen. So we'll just have to settle for family time when we can get it. Alan had good news we could celebrate, after 9 months of being ...

... to return the rope lights we bought yesterday. Then we came "home" and relaxed the rest of the day.

The rest of the Texas group showed up this afternoon and we sat out with them for a bit. Now we're watching reruns, still not able to pull in anything on the satellite so we're watching the few channels we can receive over the antenna.

Not sure what is going on tomorrow. Hope you all have a great day and try to stay cool. ...

Granted a couple of the things (how they train the elephants and looking at old circus wagons) sounded good, but not the rest of it. I'm sure if we had children with us we would have gone, but we didn't want to watch them train for their tour this ...

... we attended the first FROG rally. They sold LED bulbs and several misc items. It will be interesting to see what they are currently selling.

We have been unable to get the dish to work, but we can get several channels from the antenna, so that's what we're watching. Not sure what we're doing tomorrow, but there is a Circus Museum in Baraboo, so we may go there.

Have a good day and be safe in whatever you ...
