... crazy long queues during the day - and my app told me they were really reasonable late at night. So getting these done tonight meant a much less tortured day tomorrow.

I have to admit that even by this point Ben and I were on the way to wrecked, but as always at Disneyland, the kids were full of energy and excitement.

So we managed to go on three very popular rides and the kids were thrilled. And then just before the park ...

... got away from the airport at about 530. Our little red Yaris was loaded to the gills and just about enough room for us with the luggage. It took about 30 minutes to get to Cypress Harbour and we were in the apartment by 630. Unpacked and then feeling pretty spaced out we headed off to Walmart to do a big food shop for the 2 weeks.. Actually, I have to ...

Well we were up bright and early to start our day at Universal. We bought the 2 park pass (Island of Adventure and Universal Studios) so that we could ride the Hogwarts Train and to see both Harry Potter areas.
First stop was Hogsmeade (Island of Adventure) and we did the ride that made you feel like you were flying on a broom and in a match with Harry Potter. Lots of ...

... although there is always that moment of regret when your just about to go over the edge and you change your mind about wanting to go on this ride. In fact that's a common theme for me on all roller coasters while Owen shows off with his hands in the air and I experience it with my eyes screwed up cursing him! We have done so many rides today including: Big thunder mountain railroad Pirates of the Caribbean Swiss tree house Haunted mansion ...
