But there is a run down apartment bldg/motel that backs up to this property and I am not comfortable buying a house that would be empty much of the time in a rather mixed area. I have a lot of reservations about getting a house rather than a condo, because there is no other entity who is responsible for caring for your place while you are gone. ... went to see "American Sniper" at the IMAX theatre, followed by dinner and drinks at a local restaurant. The day went quickly, and we were on the road again towards Texas, just passing through Mississippi and Alabama so fast we barely had time to notice the state line signs.

After this adventure, we headed home again to rest, but the grandparents decided to go check out the Selby Botanical Gardens. They came back with stories to tell about all the orchids, koi ponds, peaceful meditation spots, tropical birds, etc. After another trip to the Circus ...
... seen. We walked on glass and glaciers. We saw the Northern Lights and panned for gold. We are among the lucky 30% who have ever seen Mt. McKinley in it's full glory.
We made 41 new friends in our caravan group and memories that will last a lifetime!
