Super hôtel

L'hôtel a un hall d'entrée et des chambres agréables. Télévision à écran plat avec un bouquet de chaînes hautes définitions. Belles salles de bain avec douches et meubles en granit etc. Les lits étaient très confortables, et j'ai sûrement mieux dormi dans cet hôtel que lors de mes 20 derniers séjours. Deux ordinateurs avec accès Internet et imprimante dans le hall. Petit déjeuner à 10$ ce qui était plutôt bien, nous avons donc pris des oeufs, omelettes, etc. L'hôtel est situé en centre ville, à quelques pâtés de maisons des bons restaurants comme Main Street Grill et PF changs. Le personnel était aimable.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lobby und schöne Zimmer. Über den Flachbildschirm Fernseher im Zimmer empfängt man eine Menge HD Kanäle. Schöne Bäder mit Granitduschen, Ablagen usw. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und ich habe dort besser geschlafen, als in den 20 vorherigen Hotelaufenthalten. In der Lobby gibt es 2 Computer mit Internet und Drucker. Das Frühstück für 10 Dollar war ziemlich gut und wurde je nach Wunsch mit Eiern, als Omelett usw. zubereitet. Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt und ist nur wenige Blocks von einer paar guten Restaurants wie Main Street Grill und PF Changs entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful experience! Beginning with check in through check out; it was very apparent that everyone cared that we were satisfied. The hotel was in a very convenient location i.e. very close to downtown. The rooms very roomy and spotless. Right after check in we were contacted to make sure everything was satisfactory. We booked the bed and breakfast package and the breakfast was outstanding. I would stay here again when in town.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Schon beim Checkin war klar, dass es dem Personal am Herzen liegt, dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig d.h. sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und makellos. Gleich nach dem Checkin wurden wir kontaktiert, um sicherzugehen, dass wir zufrieden waren. Wir buchten das ÜF Paket und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wenn in Salt Lake City, würde ich hier wieder übernachten.

Good choice for staying close to downtown

When traveling on business, I have found the Hilton Garden Inns to be better than most of similar price and rating. This was no exception.

The hotel - located on the edge of downtown, it was convenient to downtown SLC and suburb areas. Free parking. The hotel was clean and the surrounding grounds kept up.

The rooms - very clean, big bathroom and a large HD TV. Comfortable bed. No complaints.

The service - check-in and check-out staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Did not see the pool or eat their breakfast.

An excellent choice if you are looking for an above average room in Salt Lake area without needing the larger hotels amenties. Recommended.

Was für ein tolles Hotel! Für das Geld ist es ein absolutes Schnäppchen und wir werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder auf unseren jährlichen Skiurlaub hier übernachten.

Geräumige, saubere Zimmer mit gratis WLAN, super Frühstücksbüffet, super hilfsbereitem Personal, ausgegezeichnetes Fitnessstudio, schönes Hallenbad und Jacuzzi.

Pleasant surprise!! Highly recommended.

What a great hotel! For the money, this is a great value and we will definitely stay there again next year for our annual ski trip.

Roomy, clean rooms, free wireless internet, great breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, outstanding workout room, great indoor pool and whirlpool.

Eine äußerst angenehme Überraschung!

Das Hotel sieht von außen sehr unscheinbar und billig aus, das Innere überrascht jedoch. Das best ausgestattete und desige Business Center, das ich je gesehen habe. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - mit kabellosem Internet -- man kann sogar vom Zimmer auf den Drucker im Business Center drucken.

Die Handtücher waren kuschelig (solche, die man sonst nur in 4-5 Sternehäusern vorfindet) und die Bettlaken hochwertig. Das Fitnesscenter ist nicht groß, es gibt aber alles was man braucht. Das Hallenbad ist sehr sauber und angenehm. Das Personal hier ist aufmerksam und höflich und man ist nah an den tollen Restaurants in der Stadtmitte.

What a pleasant surprise!

The outside of the hotel is very plain and looks ecomony, but the hotel inside is the surpise. Best equipped and well laid out business centre I have ever seen. Rooms are large and very clean. Well appointed, including wireless internet -- you can even print from your room to the business centre. Flufffy towels (I usually only see these at 4-5 star) and great bed linens. The fitness centre is not large but has everything you need, and the indoor pool is very clean and pleasant. The staff here are attentive and pleasant, and its close to the great restaurants of downtown.

Excellent location, awesome staff

When I rate this hotel as "excellent," please don't think that it means it's the fanciest best hotel in the city. Remember that it's designed for business travelers after all and as such it doesn't have a mega theme pool or expansive manicured grounds. However, the staff really sets them apart and in comparing business hotels, this place is top notch.

I travel every month for work and I had the good fortune to stay in the HGI Salt Lake just after they opened last fall (it's a new property). After my first visit of just 1 night, I came back a month later and the Gen. Manager (who was at the front desk when I checked in during my first stay) recognized me, knew me by name and had my room and key card ready when I walked up. I was stunned - absolutely floored. She even remembered that I was from Seattle. I asked for early check-in and the hotel was almost full the night before but she found me a room and I went up. I was disappointed to find it was a smoking room but I figured it was probably all that was available. Just then the phone rang and it was the front desk calling to say that they realized after I walked away that I preferred non-smoking and that a concierge was on his way up with a new room key. Less than 10 seconds later there was a knock at my door and I was moved three doors down to a non-smoking room.

When I went back the next month I happened to see the GM in passing one morning in the lobby and she recognized me.. AGAIN!

The rest of the front desk staff was excellent - very helpful with restaurant recommendations, questions about the area, etc.

When it comes down to it, it's a Hilton Garden Inn just like the others but it's the staff that sets it apart. The hotel itself is very clean, beds are soft and comfortable, the rooms are nicely appointed with complimentary wireless internet and there is a business center with a printer and PCs available by the lobby. Breakfast is available for approx. USD10 which gives you made-to-order omelettes, waffles, juices, fruit, etc.. Plenty of free parking on site and it's central location puts you right in the middle of anywhere you need to go.
