When there were only remnants remaining of our tasty pie we made the short trek over to Kyukido Martial Arts of Huntley IL. We had planned to train with Master Rick Bjorquist but we were pleased to find that was not on the evening's agenda. For he had invited Grand Master Kim to come and speak about Kyukido. I also have a large amount of paperwork to get started on for background checks, Visa's, work papers etc. I will owe my final payment of $1,100 to CIEE once I get placed in a school, this doesn't include my plane ticket. Andy's Aunts and Uncles and cousins drove up from Chicago. Most of the family made it, sorry everyone couldn't be there.

We couldn't of asked for a more beautiful day. The weather was perfect and everything went as planned with no problems.

      ... 47-year-old new mom, I've realized a few things about being a new mom...enjoy:

      * A smile or laugh or the words "Mama" can absolutely melt my heart and make me just laden her with kisses at a moment's notice
      * Almost all food is acceptable for this 2-1/2-year-old - sometimes that's good; sometimes notsomuch
      * Things that would have grossed me out before, now don't phases me. For example, poop (not ...
