Very personable staff. I stayed here on business and they made me feel like I was coming home every day. The rooms are clean and the beds are great!

I decided to take the rather more conservative approach and go with a blue cheese burger. Taste wise Vaughan's won out though, despite the fact that he only made it halfway through the burger.

Now almost too full to move we decided to take a night time drive through Charlotte and what really surprised us ...

Cousin Wayne took the day off work today...to take us to his work! Wayne works for Richard Childress Racing on Team 31 in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. It's a good hour drive out of Charlotte in the town of Welcome (yes there is a sign that says 'Welcome to Welcome') and the site is enormous.

We first had a look at the 'shop' where the Nationwide teams operate from, then moved on to the big daddy Sprint Cup team cars. ...
