... won't do me any good. I just need to figure out things as they arise and everything will be ok. Hopefully today will be draining so that I can sleep on the flight. I picked out my seats and printed my boarding passes already. I've never checked in online before but I can only imagine it'll make things even easier. 10am: It still does not seem real that I'm leaving. I have less things packed than I ...

... the best would be me getting my visa. We just got back from the trek to Washington. Coming back there was more traffic so I guess it wasn't really a trek there but back home definitely. The working week is over and it's "Me" time. Probably grab some lunch then walk to the Rockville Pike Guitar Centre. It's opposite Gillys but it far too early for 8.7% beer. Funnily enough I haven't eaten today as my stomach was a tad queezy. Nothing to do with the Duck Foot I'm sure. Later I'll be meeting up with colleagues at the Embassy Suites in old town Alexander to kick the **** out of managers reception. ...

... D.C. for the last time. We went to the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War Memorial and the Vietnam War Memorial. We stood on the spot where Martin Luther King delivered his "I have a dream" speech 50 years ago. I had chills looking out over the reflecting pool and imagining the 250,000 people that crammed into the area to hear that speech.

After the Lincoln Memorial we visited the two war memorials. There was ...
