      ... had just come out of the smokehouse. They even had homemade butter and syrup to put on everything. It sounds pretty decadent but it was just tastings so we really only got a bite of everything. Everything was delicious. It was the St Patrick's Day parade in town though so the tour started a little later and I got to see the aftermath of wannabe Irish/Scottish Americans walking around in their kilts and playing their bagpipes.
