      ... farmers market underway too. There was also the attractive historic 'village' centre that seemed a really pleasant place to walk and, if you had to, live or work. Pensacola is also a naval city with it being the home of the Blue Eagles US Navy acrobatic display team as well as the Naval Aviation Museum which, given the free entry, was a great place to visit especially when combined with a visit to the nearby Pensacola Lighthouse museum.       ... It looks as though a roof reseal may have to be done.

      We have made arrangements for someone to have a look at it after the wedding.

      It is also Tornado Season, and our first night in Louisiana we stayed just east of Lafayette. Watching the news that night we were informed that there was a Tornado Watch for the area. Thankfully nothing eventuated.

      A little warmer today. Hope to plop a chair down on the beach this afternoon. Getting some things ready for traveling tomorrow. Did a little RV cleaning, took a drive to the Flora-Bama to see what it was, had a beer on the deck then found a beach (finally) to relax and it was super windy and chilly so not much relaxin' happened. Sun was warm and the sound of the waves nice...but we should have brought our coats! Oh well...it is ...

      Expect the Unexpected

      ... our motor mounts replaced.

      Six days later the mechanics finally tracked down the "difficult to find" part in Michigan, tapped the mounts, installed the part and let us know it was ready. Cue more problems. The battery light was staying on permanently, meaning the alternator was not working properly. Although having the motor mounts repaired and replaced was supposed to fix the intermittent charging, we had to take our car back into Pepboy's.
