      To this day it is still a mystery as to how the fire was started, but it is rumoured that a cow started it by kicking over a lantern in the barn. The fire-fighters were initially sent to the wrong location which gave the fire time to spread. The fire died out two days after it started, leaving 300 people dead, 10000 people homeless and $200million worth of property damage.

      ... me off in the City with map in hand and off I went. I think the photos speak fo themselves and it was a fantastic day and walked everywhere when I wasnt on the Hop on Hop off bus.

      ... it green. Even this tradition started not by design, but by accident when some plumbers used fluorescein dye to trace sources of illegal pollution. When it was found that the fluorescein itself was not good for the river nor its inhabitants, they switched to the vegetable dye.
