... had some energy, so I walked down a street and found one of the many street cafes only a couple of blocks from my hotel. I drank a very large beer and had a piece of cheesecake for only about $15 US - as I had to give them US and I got change in pesos. Then back to the hotel for a night of sleep.

... people walking with bags on their heads. One guy pushing a wheelbarrow with a radio hooked to an old speaker. Barber shops with paintings of American artists like Rhianna, Jay Z. Sugar cane & bagged water salesmen. Lots to take in. Lots of signs in Haitian Creole that has just enough French to it that I could decipher what most of it said! Schools everywhere! Coca Cola signs, bottles, & sales everywhere. Tampico was another familiar sign. ...
... or not Clingman's Dome is NOT to be missed. Scraping the Southeastern Tennessee sky, he is the mighty top of the state coming in at just over 6 thousand feet above sea level. CAN I BREATH!! After we emerged out of the mountains we stumbled upon a town with the craziest stretch of motels, hotels and family entertainment. It was quite an experience and nothing that we could of never planned.

This picture was also being taken by Opery staff, however, it was one of those where they take your picture and you pay for it.
