    ... station and the Southern drawl is pretty hardcore. We were just nodding and smiling as he was telling us about 'Nayyshville'. Hearing the constant country tunes in the taxi made us realise we were definitely not in NYC anymore. Big update tomorrow post awards and bars with live music. Life is good!

We ordered a PBR and a soda..then we ordered a slice each of Pepperoni...and OMG..it was so good. I have to admit I was hungry.     Eager to get out of Indy and the cold and windy winter. Got on the road by 10 or so ans just kept heading south on 65. We have a good routine of taking turns driving and then looking for rest stops for the dogs. In TN the rest stops were very nice with lots of room. We stopped at one and just soaked in the sunshine. Saw lots of other salty messy cars from MI stopped and people doing the same- thawing out- walking on dry land, starting ...

We ordered the Capricciosa (mushroom, artichoke, prosciutto, garlic and buffalo mozzarella) and the San Gennaro (sausage, peppadew, garlic, caramelized onions and buffalo mozzarella). The vegetables were fresh, the prosciutto was cured perfectly creating a deep concentrated flavor, the mozzarella was soft but dense, the sausage had the just the right balance of sweet and spicey and ...
