... We did indeed dine well!

The marrow bones must be a guy thing: Scott, Bill, and Gary loved these!! And the local butcher had them right there in his case.

Good friends, good food, good wines...

The journey was okay but the guy next to me stank of fags, which wasn’t pleasant. About halfway through the journey we drove over the golden gate bridge, which was awesome, although really foggy. I had the Melodic on my headphones most of the journey. ‘On My Way’ is a great travelling song.

... 800 ft......arriving at a building with alot of old trucks and cars in the yard - the road into the campground had a gate (like a parking lot). Neal went into the office and paid for the evening and brought me a waiver that was to be signed before they would allow us to camp ???? We discovered that this was private property with full access to the Matanuska Glacier - the owners probably do not want to be responsible for stupidity - you'd ...
