... heard from many people that this is a beautiful city, with centuries of history and magnificent museums and palaces. I love history, especially from this part of the world, and St. Petersburg is full of it. I look forward to having the opportunity to get to know the Venice of the North, and am thankful I will have four months to explore this incredible city.
