    Summarizing Our Experience

    ... expertise came in handy constantly throughout each day. It was a pleasure having her share this latest adventure with us.

    Our flight landed twenty minutes early at 8:45 am. After clearing customs, picking up our luggage, calling for a taxi, we were home by 10:30 am. Total flying miles - Approximately 12,000 round trip including Mendoza.

    Now it's time to look at all our photos and to relieve our beautiful memories.

    ... through passport control, and found ourselves in a shoppers paradise. We had about $20 left in a combination of Yuan, and Hong Kong Dollars. Carolyn was trying to figure out how she could purchase a Kate Spade bag with what we had left. Her goal was to come home with no foreign currency.

    ... and after clearing security were seated at our gate at 8:30 am.

    Regarding the luggage we were only allowed 44 lbs. each because of inter China flight restrictions. My luggage weighed 37 lbs., and Carolyn 36 lbs. While waiting on line to check in it became apparent that we were the only non Asians on the flight toHong Kong. I now know what it must feel like to ride the #7 subway from Flushing into Manhattan.
