          ... s to 80's everyday. Of course we had a deluge of rain on our 3 mile bike warm up, but other than that any rain that we had was in the evenings.

          The tour guides Tiziana & Andrea were the best. They were there for us every time we needed them, from fixing broken gears, to picking us up if we got stuck in the rain while walking around sightseeing. We learned so much about their lives, and how proud they were to live in Italy.

          ... expertise came in handy constantly throughout each day. It was a pleasure having her share this latest adventure with us.

          Our flight landed twenty minutes early at 8:45 am. After clearing customs, picking up our luggage, calling for a taxi, we were home by 10:30 am. Total flying miles - Approximately 12,000 round trip including Mendoza.

          Now it's time to look at all our photos and to relieve our beautiful memories.

          Well we finally made it to the hotel after hours of travelling! The flight wasn't too bad, though the woman in front of me leant her chair back so I spent 8 hours glaring at the back of her head. Both Collis and I also ended up covered in wine due to leaking plastic glasses but Collis got two blankets, so there's that...! We then arrived at jfk and rang for our shuttle...which didn't turn up, so we hailed a taxi and tried to find the hotel. Anyway ...

          ... so much more. Giant turtles, sabre tooth tigers, the first cats and dogs, primates dodo birds. Just fascinating.

          We also bought tickets and saw a great white shark documentary on the imax screen. I just love great white sharks and we need to do more to save them. The documentary was a fantastic insight into current research into saving great whites and how these magnificent fish live.
