Within 30 minutes Max and Chris had churned out quite a length of visually challenging squid ink pasta that will be dressed with a roasted tomato, olive and caper sauce with some freshly grated parmesan. A homemade pizza will accompany the pasta with prosciutto and fresh mozzarella atop oven-roasted tomatoes. Dinner is nearly ready and drinks have been poured.     ... from the Navy Pier Ferris wheel is breathtaking and the lake shore drive is stunning .. Can't believe how amazing it is seeing the water so much, something we are both not used to! And the weather has been pretty nice to us .. We had to strip off a few layers as we trekked around the city while the sun shone and started adding new freckles to our faces. Trekking however has only added extra blisters to my feet but I am going to soldier on, not giving in just yet! Speak soon Lorraine ...
