The rooms were very clean. Our room had a mini-fridge that we were able to put our left over pizza from Square Pizza (down town Independence). The boys swam in the indoor pool. It was a good size pool, but because it was indoor, the smell of Chlorine was a bit overwhelming.

Nice hotel, I'd stay there again.

One of my favorite biographies is the 1993 Pulitzer Price winning Truman by David McCullough. Upon reading that book, I began collecting and reading nearly anything ever written about President Truman, and have been captivated by this President's story like no ...
