And then into Alabama, as far south as we are travelling. Right on cue, ‘them ol’ cotton fields’ appeared as soon as we crossed into the state. Our evening meal was served by a woman with a softly spoken, flat southern drawl which was a little hard to follow, but she came good with a salad which David commented would feed a family of four. ... I have, trying to find a campground nearby. I discovered that back in the spring of 2014 I had stayed at a place in Alabam. Twasn't very far away. Neat place...glad we got to finally stop.

Should have plenty of time to see the Choo Choo and probably Ruby Falls. After all, Google Maps says it is only an hour and a half away. Well, all good plans ...! Firstly, it's all very well buying stuff at a trade show but when one is travelling on a bike with limited packing space available, it becomes a challenge trying to find place to put it! In ...

Today we decided to watch The Amazing Team Challenge which is when riders try their skills on a course that is set up. Well 'watching' turned out to be PARTICIPATING. Our friends and some others managed to persuade me to ride and glad I did too. What a blast. Traffic cones defined a set course that you had to ride without hitting ...
