So I drove around the block (thank God I'm used to downtown one way streets!) and found a back entrance to the garage. Second thing that went wrong is I'd forgotten the prepaid paperwork -- it was in my little suitcase which was with Kateva.

... area. The stadium alone seats 80,000 people and that's about 1/3 of the area of the whole Houston Rodeo. The planning and co-ordination that goes into an event of this size must be enormous. The number of people flocking there night after night for three weeks requires streamlined entries/exits, parking options, transport options blah, blah and it was pretty impressive. Heaps of 'staff' directing the crowds, signage for bus links leaving the rodeo - I've never ...
