... Tell them that I've yet to fathom a reality where I can't go on wild goose chases trying to find a costume that is the perfect combination of "not slutty" and "no I do not belong to a convent" with friends even though we all know such a costume does not exist. I am unprepared to not squint into the dying afternoon light stuffing my face with In-N-Out and telling stupid stories of our most recent shopping misadventures. They can't sell decorations when ...

... It was intriguing to hear about Hearst and the incredible castle even though we didn’t do the tour.

Then you explore the different ...

... One humorous note for today. There is an obvious rivalry amongst the soldiers from different arms of the service. That rivalry extended to the Police and CHP many of whom are ex military. Patrol car loudspeakers were used by the officers today to promote their allegiance to their arm of the service....one Ex Army CHP officer encouraged the Marines to put the training wheels back on their bikes!

    Until tomorrow....God Bless America! ...

    ... For a boat lover it's a sad sight.

The inlet into Moss Landing is shaped like a cross. We entered thru the always present jetties, protectors of dredged navigational channels everywhere. Once through the initial channel we could turn right into the small commercial marina that is Moss Landing proper. Turning left lead us to the yacht club marina. If we could have gone straight ahead we would have entered the Elkhorn ...
