We headed to Folsom, California today. It was only a short 90 mile journey which took 1:30hrs. We were leaving at 12pm and breakfast was on till 9:30am. We set our alarms for 8am to get some breakfast and after the alarm week off at 8am the next time I looked it was 9:20am so it was a quick change and run down to breakfast. ... water was actually treated tap water from Sidcup (echoes of Dell and Rodney and their water scam) and which was referred to in early adverts as "bottled spunk" before the yanks realised what that meant on our side of the water - is huge in the US, but I couldn't bring myself to buy it. The bread here is also spectacularly **** - think Subway bread for everything. The only semi-passable bread is found in expensive alternative stores.
