... On a recommendation from the lady at the information center we took a scenic road through the park called Howland Hill Road/Douglas Park Road (according to the map). We stopped off at a section of the park called Stout Grove. We ended up taking the River Trail out to the Stout Grove park. This area of the park was the best yet. ... of my walk? I took ibuprofen before leaving today to try to alleviate the chance of my feet swelling, it did help, but the rough sidewalk on Lancaster made the going slow and uncomfortable.
