      ... pits of hell that is LAX. The QANTAS check in had 9 staff covering first, business & premium & then 3 staff covering cattle class - welcome home! As the line was slowly winding back to the walk they decided to add a few more but it was about 45 mins.       ... of the day. Not wanting to be thrown around, we decided to go on Peter Pans Flight where you sit in a flying ship and swoop about over places with a bit of a story. That was nice an chilled.       I forgot to mention in the last entry. As we were driving down the Pacific Coast Hwy, Brad was curiously aware of land marks, bridges, towers, tunnels and so forth. It turns out, the game "Grand Theft Auto" that he plays with mates is loosely set on this strip of coastal highway..
      It is a crisp clear morning, so I've attached some photo's of the view from our house on the hill.

      ... t go too long and get boring. After that we headed down and did the studio tour which we had front of the line passes for. We got put straight on the front of the next tour bus and the tour guide Marseilles toured us around the famous universal studio lot. It was pretty interesting, we didn't see any famous people but we did see a few shows being taped and got to see where a lot of our favorite shows and movies are made. A few movie sets still ...
