He asks what we would like and we place our order – Heidi orders the Sea Turtle Sundae and I order an apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. While we are waiting for our desserts the server brings us some very good coffee ...

... We continued thru all the green hay fields into Idaho. We followed the Snake River, which is used to irrigate the fields. Potatoes and alfalfa were abundant. Very interesting to see desert like areas next to irrigated fields. We. Add our 600 mile day in 11 hours, even with all of our stops. Christy and Todd Gallup met us and took us to dinner.
