    ... still needed to get into the departure area. Thankfully she agreed, basically just trusting me. It was a long walk to the lounge which was on the farthest end of the terminal. I had to convince the Air France staff that I really had a right to be there, even though I had no boarding pass. The attendant was trusting and I was allowed in.

    From Roswell we drive to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are on the Unesco world heritage list, so we decide to pay them a visit. Located 250 meters under ground are loads of stalagmites, stalactites, draperies, soda straws and popcorn. Soda straws being the tiny ones hanging from the ceiling . In Europe we call them Spaghetti. Popcorn are located on the ground. The cavern is beautiful, but we saw an even more beautiful cavern in Slovenia last year, so were a little spoilt. ...

    ... and then we got her up for cake and presents. Mama was so happy to see Addy's excitement over the minion cake I made her! Once again, so many wonderful and thoughtful presents! A big thanks to Cousin Bennet for helping Addy open her gifts!

    ... to finish they're shopping for the day. To end our day in Dallas we went to a Mavericks basketball game, the third thing I saw in the American airlines center. Now I'm not a huge fan of basketball but the experience was cool and something I won't forget. I thought the basketball game was a good way to end our trip especially since Dallas won.
