... using only our own money and no loans, so we've been living frugally. This trip is no exception. We even considered not taking a trip this year, but there's too much tradition at stake to do that. Our goal on this trip is to have as much fun as humanly possibe for as little cost as possible. Kind of like back ...

Myth says that Finn MacCool made the seat when he was a boy and that wishes made here will come true... In County Fermanagh - the Marble Arch Caves are cut by 3 streams that flow down Cuilcagh Mountain, unite underground & emerge as the Cladagh River. These are but a few things that will require us to make a second journey ...

Cincinnati, Ohio, United States howlingcoyote19... along at 65 or 70 mph it is hard to read signs and as we sped past an electronic sign board the words "1 hour delay" caught my eye but not the details of where this might be. Our road was quite clear so I figured this must refer to one of the other roads that were coming up and was a warning not to take them. We had hit a massive traffic delay in Brooklyn when we left home but since then we had not slowed down once. Well, there was not much we could ...
Cincinnati, Ohio, United States lacasarodante... off on trying to figure out the best way to get there. It looks like it's going to be Dublin. It's the best location for the money and the timing. We can leave Friday night, 3/26/09, and get there at 7:50 a.m. on the 27th and have two full days before we report to our cottages. That will give us time to kiss the Blarney Stone and shop for woolen sweaters! And, oh yeah, maybe send at least part of the group golfing while Cherie and I shop. Mike and Kevin, do ...

More will come to spend the Sabbath with us at the end of the week. We should do some skiing, enjoy the phenomenal Swiss Alps and each other's company, and have some good Bible Studies and discussions in the evening. It's kind of a Challenger Camp in French (and with better food: fondue, raclette...). The ...
