Hilton Charlotte And Towers

When I checked into this hotel, the front desk people weren't the nicest, the bellman was extremely nice and helpful though. For a 4 star hotel, you would think they would have nicer reception. The room was good sized and the beds were extremely comfortable. The view out of the room is okay, nothing too special, but for $67/night (hotwire), it's a good deal. I'm not sure I'd stay here again though.

my family and i had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for one night before the panthers opening game. we booked two rooms through priceline and got a wonderful deal! at check-in, i requested adjoining rooms and received them. the check-in person was so helpful. the rooms were huge, not the usually reported "priceline rooms", large bathrooms, and great beds. the only small problems was that our bathroom toilet would not work properly. the breakfast buffet was good, not inexpensive, but good. our server, Fabiola, was really attentive and "fabulous" we would absolutely stay here again

I stayed at the Hilton on business. The entire staff that I encountered throughout my stay could not have been more helpful and courteous. If you have business at Bank of America, Wachovia or the Charlotte Convention Center, you could not pick a better place!

Stayed at Hilton Towers on 7/2-7/4 2005 for $60./night (priceline winning bid) Hotel was nice, but had to pay for parking $14./day for self parking and this 4star hotel did not have free access to a pool! To swim was an additional $12/per day at the Y across the street!!! The concierce didn't give good directions and the room although nicely appointed was small. overall satisfaction was a 7. Beware, of added expenses for amenities that come standard at most other 4 star hotels!

We had a very nice stay at the Hilton while attending the Second Chance Prom. It has left everyone asking "where did you get those sheets and comforter?" That was the most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in a hotel. If we could find out where you got them, we would all order our own!! Great atmosphere, service, etc.

I have stayed at the Hilton Charlotte Towers over 10 times. Service is EXCELLENT, rooms are exquisite and the rates are fantastic.

There are a variety of restaurants in the hotel and surrounding area (within walking distance). In addition, there is a YMCA IN the hotel, which, in addition to being a fairly new facility, provided me with maps of jogging routes with loops starting at the hotel and varying 4-, 8-, 10- and 12-miles. It is a safe area in the center of Charlotte. No matter what I needed during my extended stays, the Hilton staff provided. I definitely plan to stay there again.

My wife, two daughters, and I stayed at this Hilton for 3 nights in early June to attend a wedding. One of my daughters is wheelchair-bound, and as is often the case, we needed to work with the hotel staff once there to fine tune the room arrangements. The hotel staff was courteous and very helpful in making this happen, and we quickly arrived at a solution that worked well for all of us. We were given rooms on the 18th floor, and the rooms were clean and quiet, with wonderful beds and furniture. The valet service was also very good, bringing the car on short notice and assisting with our needs in a very caring way.

I travel weekly as part of my business, so am pretty fussy about where I stay, especially when I'm with my family. The Hilton Charlotte & Towers exceeded my expectations, provided a good value for the weekend stay, and was a very pleasant experience for all of us. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time in Charlotte.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick. Service was given with a smile. My room on the 19th floor was neat and clean and provided a wonderful view of Uptown Charlotte. The room service and guest service staff were friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were well equipped with plenty of bath towels and toiletries. The hotel is situated conveniently next to the YMCA and within a short walking distance of an array of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when I am visiting the Charlotte area.

My husband stayed at the Hilton Charlotte and Towers for a conference that was paid for by his employer. I tagged along. The hotel told me there was no charge for the additional person in the room. Then two weeks after we checked out, they billed my credit card $68 for the additional person! I don't have a problem paying it, but they should have been upfront about it.

My experience was horrible. I stayed for two nights. The front desk receptionists were high school age, incapable, and quite nasty. They charged my credit card two additional times 3 months after I stayed there. When I told them to remove the charges (I only stayed there once!) they said they would need to check with management and call back--which they never did. I had to continue to call asking for a manager, which I don't think is ever on duty. I finally got through to one, and 1 month later the money is credited back to my card. Granted, the room was nice, but the stay is definitely not worth it. I recommend if going to Charlotte, DO NOT stay at the Hilton Charlotte and Towers-I can gaurantee a bad experience.
