Next we went back into fairy land and we popped into a surly looking caterpillar to go on the Alice in Wonderland ride which was a slow twisting and turning ride through her adventure. We got out just in time to see the start of the Disney pageant so we ran to the castle walls for a high view of all the dancing, songs and festivities of Cinderella, tinkerbell, beauty and the beast, pinochio, the little mermaid ...

Well the trip down from Santa Monica to Hollywood was trouble free, and we soon found (interesting) accommodation at the Value Inn on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and North Kingsley Drive in Hollywood. Once that was sorted we headed out to see the famous streets.

After a quick look at the hotel from Pretty Woman (ladies, you know the one where Richard Gere climbs up the stairs), we got pulled over by the LAPD because Freddy was too loud and made too many remarks to pedestrians and other drivers! Classic! From there it was up to a view of the Hollywood sign, then along Sunset Strip to Beverley Hills and the homes of the stars... Miley Cyrus, Tom Cruise ...

Back here for few days. I was on a first class trip from Newark straight to Los Angeles. I slept the whole time inside the plane and spent the rest of the day sleeping also. Mom and I went to visit my dad at the nursing home. Not good at all but al the more have to thank God for life. My dad can't see anymore, I never had a moment or sign that he could recognize me, he's just there semi sitting ...
