    ... we walked to Kawah Upus which was unfortunately closed to the public. Upon speaking to a security guard it turns out the crater is closed to the public due to the level of volcanic gases now being poisonous - worth the risk for a good picture though surely? With the final stop in the park being Kawah Domas, a constantly active crater, we had to enlist a guide for this section.     ... put Buddy Valastro to shame. It can be difficult finding quality cooking supplies, and ingredients need to be imported a lot of the time so it can be expensive. Planning a weekend to journey down there for supplies wouldn't be a bad idea.

    Well, 5 months later and we've got a bit of disillusionment, not terribly, but we're a lot more realistic now. Work is work and mornings are still hard to wake up to during the week. We have funny stories, frustrations and random adventures that make domestic living in Bandung not so bad.
