We got back into the taxi to see the Angklung. This is a Sudanese traditional bamboo musical concert performed by a group of children with colorful clothes and beautiful dances. Saung Angklung Udjo also presents a selections of bamboo art performances and traditional dances such as Tari Topeng (Mask Dances), Wayang Golek demonstration (puppet show) and much more. ... and hoped that the rest of Indonesia wasn't going to be the same. I, very studiously, went through the Lonely Planet and surfed the net and decided that my next destination would be Pangandaran, still Java but on the coast.

I also booked my flight to Singapore and my hostel in Darwin. With a steadfast plan now in place, I went out for dinner with another person who had arrived at the hostel and retired to bed early ready for my 8 hour bus journey the next day.

... waren inmiddels voorbij, enkele ploegen lagen goed op koers en ook de dagelijkse frustraties over allerlei kleine dingetjes die niet goed liepen of geregeld waren, leken er minder toe te doen. Alleen was ikzelf nu fysiek niet in goede doen vanwege een langdurige en hardnekkige infectie van urinewegen en dus kwam er thuis ook weer meer op Diederik's schouders. Maar de meiden waren sinds zijn terugkeer heel erg zoet en blij en er braken wat rustiger tijden aan.

New Friend Mr. Yuki

... waren auch in den Hot Springs wieder die Attraktion. :)

Am naechsten Morgen haben wir wieder Mr. Yuki getroffen. Als wir ihm erzaehlten, dass wir die Teefabrik besuchen wollen, hat er fuer uns gratis einen Safari-Transporter organisiert. Danach gab es eine Foto-Session mit ihm und ausgiebige Gespraeche (da der Transport nicht sofort kam). War auf jedenfall sehr lustig.
