    ... amazed by the competence, or lack of, of the general population. Today was no exception. A few near misses and a bump (none involving us thank goodness) and a huge number of semis, as usual.     Mecca said she could run a mile so I signed her up for the Be Healthy Georgia Day last Saturday at the state capitol. Boy was I impressed with all the kids who participated.
