      ... decided to make this into an ice cream sampling trip. I was now in search Mo Gelato. I found it and chose a medium with pistachio and toasted almond (the flavor of the day).       Little slip ups yesterday...Had saltines at 10:30 watching CSI, and also broke down and took a spoon to a quart of Brigham's vanilla ice cream I had in th freezer. Probably amounted to less than 1/2 a cup though, at least didn't have the whole quart :-) Zero exercise though - just taking the dog out.
