Once through to Hogsmeade we went round
to Jurassic Park and did the river ride. We all enjoyed this, not too
wet, just the right amount of surprises. After that it was another
water ride, Dudley Do Rights Ripsaw Falls. This was the longest queue
we had experienced. It was more than half an hour and no air
conditioning so it felt like a lot longer. It made me grateful that

We had two good flights to get here, although we had to get up at an unattractive 3:30 AM to catch the first flight. We flew to San Diego and had a quick layover there before catching our long flight to Orlando. When we got off the plane we got to go straight to the magical express no stopping for luggage as they deliver it to our room. We got to skip check in and go directly to our room since our magic band is our room key ...
... port of call was getting Tinkerbells autograph :) Then we watched the AMAZING Main Street parade. The details, costumes and amazing floats just blow you away. We spent the day dripping in the humidity but enjoyed loads of rides and adventures. At the end of the night, we all braved the rain and watched the incredible fireworks. Drenched, we made our way home on a freezing cold bus! Hot showers for us tonight ...
So excited about today, we were worried about the weather so had been studying the forecast to try and pick the best day for the parade etc, unfortunately we didn't get it perfect but still had a great day. Started off extremely hot - I even bought this water spraying fan to help cool us down (for $18 but soooo worth it). ... I was on top of it and got completely lost in the wilderness bear country at night without any light. Truly amazing place though... After than drove back through the Grand Teton Mountains to Salt Lake City, the Mormon capital of the world where everything shuts at 10 and everything is just a bit odd. One of the most religious places in the world - perfect place to go to a 10 band death metal festival then :P Stayed in a hostel with some racists and obese snoring men before finding ...
