    ... neat, but I was expecting the whole building to be made out of corn (that was how it was explained to us), so I would say I was a little disappointed.

    We then drove to Sioux Falls on the way for lunch and were very happy to find a Panera Bread!! We have been desperate for a good salad so we were so excited to finally have a good salad at a restaurant we had heard of before.

    On the way to the Weisman I got royally lost. Like, miles-out-of-my-way lost. I ended up walking through the U of M campus during move-in day (they have some very nice dorms) which brought back memories from ODU. I also saw a lot of neat stuff, including a lot of the riverfront of the Mississippi. The city is doing a great job of preserving the past (mills, warehouses, etc) while building new stuff. They ...
