As a family tradition we always stop at the Mississippi Welcome Center for a break.

Jesse and Penelope got to check out the grass area and picnic tables.

Gabriel got to learn how to hookup the RV to the sewer system and clean out the poop.

Zahra and Gabriel tried to convince us to let them drive the RV. NOT!! Get in the Back!

Trip summary This has been a great trip! Heath did a great job planning and executing it. I can't thank him enough. We have done and seen so much in the past 18 days. I am glad that I got to experience a different culture, one vastly different than my own. At the end of the day though people are all people. Everybody's got to eat, work and love their families. We just don't all do it the same way. In many ways our life in America is better to a degree (at ...

Beth and I leave in 16 days! Where has all the time gone? I remember talking to Fr. Michael when he visited in March and we had 140 days to go! The time has allowed us to prepare ourselves spiritually, mentally, and financially! We can't thank everyone enough for all the help we've received from family, friends, parishioners, and others! So as to keep everyone in our lives ...

Anywho,,,,,it turned out to be quite exciting for the guys to switch out the sails in the heavy winds and they all got drenched with the spray. But they finally got to sailing along pretty well until the winds died down to nothing. Back to motoring and that ...

... a small dining area, and there we ordered the multi-course Windsor High Tea. I selected the Angel's Dream tea, produced with the mallow plant, resulting in a flavor that kindled memories of marshmallow treats in the afternoon. Sugary sweet. I had to buy a canister to bring home with me. We began our meal with delectable mini tea sandwiches; chicken salad, cucumber, and crab dressing. Yum! Then, on to the mini ...
