      ... little family restaurant on MAIN Street and it was near the Ohio Theater...looked so quaint and antique on the outside..I love the buildings and architecture in this town is AWESOME!!! So, we parked...Free on the street parking everywhere and NO pay parking lots...nice old town feel..

      We went into the restaurant...AND IMMEDIATELY I was disappointed...they had remodeled ...

      ... t in the backup described above. Altogether, a 5 hour drive took us 8 .5 hours.
      Then, when we got to the hotel, we noticed that the ice chest was leaking water. Turns out the plug had not been put back in when we emptied out the water this morning. Had to practically unpack the van (not easy, since it was piled full of souvenirs) and put up the seat to dry it out.
      Our worst day by far. But we are dry now, and full from a steak at Texas Roadhouse, so all is good again......

      ... anything remotely interesting to write about every single day which is hilarious to write because we're on a circus and in a new town every day so I'm sure you don't believe me.

      But the best part of today was the pizza party. Mr. North, our owner, treated the entire cast and crew to pizza, drinks and desserts and the Charlestown Pizza Co. closed ...

      ... when looking up driving directions; looking at one map there are two Springfields, relatively close together (Indiana and the state capital of Illinois). The US is a big country, but weren't their more names to choose from? The most creative name we've seen is Santa Claus Indiana- sounds like a fun place to live. Today we drive through two cities that I think would be worth going back to check out at a later date- St.Louis, Missouri ...
