    ... little family restaurant on MAIN Street and it was near the Ohio Theater...looked so quaint and antique on the outside..I love the buildings and architecture in this town is AWESOME!!! So, we parked...Free on the street parking everywhere and NO pay parking lots...nice old town feel..

    We went into the restaurant...AND IMMEDIATELY I was disappointed...they had remodeled ...

    ... t in the backup described above. Altogether, a 5 hour drive took us 8 .5 hours.
    Then, when we got to the hotel, we noticed that the ice chest was leaking water. Turns out the plug had not been put back in when we emptied out the water this morning. Had to practically unpack the van (not easy, since it was piled full of souvenirs) and put up the seat to dry it out.
    Our worst day by far. But we are dry now, and full from a steak at Texas Roadhouse, so all is good again......

    Today was a fantastic day...we were on a pretty nice grassy lot, there was a laundromat directly next to the lot which everyone took advantage of (too bad it isn't crew laundry day), and after the shows, we all walked or drove over to Tavana's sister's pizza shop for gourmet pizza, microbrew beer and their homemade beer cheese (I was obsessed with this last ...

    ... was a maize- and the stalks were super tall (Randy thought he'd be able to see over them- again- wrong). We eventually make it to the mid way point and determine we've wasted enough time and exit there. The interesting thing we learned about the maze is that it was designed and cut by a company out of Kansas, and that's their entire business. They do any kind of design you want, plot it based on the field dimensions, and then use a GPS ...

    Took the truck in to have the oil changed and the emergency brake tightened up. Found out it had a rear seal and bearing that had gone bad. Took them 2 1/2 hours to get the bearing off as it had fused itself to the wheel shaft. But persistence paid off and they finally got it fixed. Oil change just cost me $342.00 - but glad I found out about it ...
