    ... in time for lighting ceremony which was abbreviated in preparation for the celebration on the 4th. It was a good thing, I guess because the gentleman who was officiating was on his way to losing his voice. Kudos to him for carrying out a great evening program anyway!

    Today ended with checking in at the K Bar S Lodge in Keystone. It is beautiful. I'll say more of that later. For now, it is time for some much needed sleep!

    ... huge! It was fun to walk around and see all they had to offer. They are also famous for giving out free water, and we definitely took advantage of that on this hot day. My mom described the place as a Stew Leonard's, but I'm not sure how to exactly describe it. It was extremely unique and someplace you have to visit as it is a great rest stop store and area!

    Friday, June 19th, truly a night to remember!

    Lacey and I pulled into Wall, South Dakota, home of the famous Wall Drug Store, about 2:30 PM. We checked in at Sleepy Hollow RV Park and hooked the camper up. I wanted my free doughnut and coffee which Wall Drug gives to all veterans and Lacey didn't care about that, so I grabbed my camera, gave her a dog treat and left her lying on the bunk.     ... The cattle we saw on the farms tended to be penned up in a dirt pen and fed what I assumed was corn. As these farms disappeared, the ranches were nothing but outlying fences on thousands of acres of grazing land where the cattle roamed free to graze to their hearts content.     We actually sleep in until 7:30 this morning. The temperature right now is 38F (1C), warming to a high of 45F (7C) with a 50% chance of rain. It is overcast and looks like it could rain…or snow any minute. Today, we’ll do the fossil walk, take in the visitor center, and visit the Cedar Pass Lodge, and then head to Wall to see the infamous Wall Drug.
