    ... determined the tower is an igneous intrusion. Near the park entrance the black tailed prairie dogs live in their own town. They were adorable! On the way to Wall SD saw 4 deer from a distance and large area of coal production. A quick visit to Wall Drug, what an interesting place, even a visitors chapel within. ...

    ... the sun setting behind the canyon near the end of our drive. Prase God for His creation and evidence of His love for us!

    After exiting Badlands National Park, we drove east and north, and arrived in Pierre SD at 11:30pm! Long Friday....up at 3:30 to get to airport, and at our hotel for the one night at 11:30pm. It was long, but we have seen and enjoyed so much in the one day!

    ... if at the time we were soaking wet and freezing. Alex and I walked up Bascomb Hill, the main quad of UW-Madison debating whether Cornell’s slope was steeper.
