Kelsey and I landed in Kochi, India and instantly took a 6 hour bus south. This is just the first of many extended public transportation trips. The city around is scarce compared to the U.S. Roads are merely sprinkled with huge billboards that only have about 3 different advertisements. ... lovely but we're trying to be careful in the sun so didn't stay out for too long. We are both suffering from prickly heat - I don't think our bodies appreciated such a dramatic change in temperature! We have one more day here before heading up to Munnar, we'll be sure to keep you posted.
