... brown rice which I had a bit of, best rice I've had here by a mile! To finish we shared a sugar & grain free pinacolada cake with organic green tea. Not an indian meal but soooo good. That night we drove to the Saturday night market in Arpora. It was a big market with security on the doors and many lovely clothes stores (a lot owned by westerners). It also had food stalls (bean me up was there and we saw our waiter who smiled) and live music. It was all ...

... made up for a night on the town. We found a really nice restaurant on the beach that served cold drinks with mineral water ice cubes and thin crust wood oven pizza. Wow was it a nice setting and even nicer break from our indian dinners. (Ice cubes - who knew something so simple and insignificant could be missed and enjoyed so much!!!). After listening to a live band and finishing our drinks it was off to the main bar/club street to find some good beats and hopefully cute boys. ...

Thanks to Dan's research, today we decided to head to Mandrem Beach in North Goa. It proved to be quieter and more tranquil than Anjuna or Baga Beach and we all really enjoyed it. As we walked along the shore with the waves breaking against our feet Lauren remarked that it was ...
