    ... came to say goodbye at the gate. Lucky for us, as we got VIP treatment. Think everyone was looking at us in envy and probably anger. Plane trip was uneventful.     ... are certain of is that you speak your mind honestly and everything will be ok. Some people find this belligerent and it can be, but when you see it as a cultural quality and not personal it can be almost endearing. I certainly could not fault the efforts of my concierge and yet his manner may have been seen to be just a little strong.     ... I even had to take some ice out to add some coke!!! First time ever! Was great ��. Home for a quite early night.....Helen getting a bit of a lugie ��.....hot cuppa and bed! Day 2 in Amsterdam .......went to the Anne Frank house this morning....quite an amazing experience.....makes you feel quite humble!
