Andy read somewhere that the wave pool in Hotel van Oranje is the largest indoor wave pool in Europe! It was super neat when it would get going, as it made some big ol' waves! A few minutes later we did just that and sat on the bus. After everyone was on board we found out that we were missing two people. Although we were almost certain that we would meet them in Amsterdam we couldn't leave without confirmation. So instead we waited a full half hour before the cut-off point ...

... and pungent smell of marijuana can be found around every street corner and in every park. Since we couldn't ignore it, we decided to tackle the marijuana topic head on with Sam Jackson and Catherine and explained that this drug was legal in Amsterdam. They didn't seem to be phased by this and were as repulsed by the smell as we were. But one thing is certain, they can now easily recognize the distinctive smell of marijuana. We also tried to avoid the many ...
