... we weren't doing another park, but we were way overdue for a break. The plan is to eat dinner at the condo and get to bed at a decent hour to prepare for another early wake-up tomorrow.

"Mommy, why are you being all French?" - asked by Joey, after I ordered our snacks in EPCOT's French pavilion using the appropriate pronunciation and using my "s'il vous plait"s and "merci"s.

After refuelling we redeemed our fastpasses and decided that in order to allow the kids to recharge their Crystallic Fusion Cells we would head to Downtown Disney for a little stroll around the shops and then go home for an early bedtime, this is where the best laid plans went ...
Today we hit Disney World in a big way. 8am - 8pm. Tired much, yes. Worth it much, absolutely!
First up it was the Magic Kingdom theme park. Our first ride was Pirates of the Caribbean. This is quite a gentle ride. The detail is pretty amazing and you cruise along to scenes from the movie. The Johnny Depp / Jack Sparrow replicas were pretty awesome.
Next was Splash Mountain. The idea was to get wet to keep us cool ...
... 4:00 pm, because that was the only reservation we could make. We saw the Beauty and the Beast show and a movie about Walt. Bill went on Star Tours, and we saw the Muppets again. (I got to see it this time. First time I had to keep my eyes shut for most of it because of the vertigo.)

... with special sample size snacks available for purchase. Lots of choices to be found and enjoyed. We started out today with breakfast at O'hanas at the Polynesian Resort. This was a character mesl with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto. The food here is always amazing. Hawaiian style pineapple bread, cinnamon raisin loaf with whipped maple butter. The meal is served family style at your table. A platter of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, roasted ...
