    ... in my opinion. I guess after seeing so many things done like this last summer I am a little jaded and prefer a simple dish, no matter how fancy which relies on its appearance and flavor for all of it's "oohs and aahs".

    ... a slice of cake. Back on the trail again this time dropping on to the shore line of Derwentwater where Meg the dog was in here element coz she could have a swim in the lake. Spent another hour or so wandering along the shore before arriving back into Keswick where we stopped for a cuppa tea, Howard had cake, we were good :-) .     ... up! Keswick was buzzing, very very busy with walkers, families enjoying the sunshine and dogs, lots of dogs! Our first mission was to purchase a pair of trousers for me, didn't think to pack any when we left home! and as we were going to be doing a few peaks this week I felt they maybe necessary!
