I departed Oxenholme station in late afternoon, after waving my family goodbye I settled into the first stage of my long journey across the world.
After several hours on the virgin train from the north I arrived in
london at Euston, I crossed to Notting hill gate to meet natascha, my
first host of the long trip! She showed me around the area of london
where she lives and we went for a cheeky pint in a lovely little pub.
