... feel better.
So my new plan is to go to the local farmer's market in the morning, go to our roast beef dinner at 12:30 lunch time, and then head to Tiverton to get a tour of the castle and look around Tiverton. We have started to avoid smaller roads if we can because they are so scary. Hopefully I will feel better by then.
I took some photos of the horrible day, the spiders and Michael's soup, which I will send later.
It is time for a nap.

For your reference, on Sundays, we serve food all day, starting at 12 and going straight through til 9pm. The roasts, however, we cook fresh to keep the quality, and usually run out by late afternoon, earliest 5pm, latest by around 6 30 or 7pm... ...
... also a doctor. It is quiet and absolutely beautiful. We met and chatted to a very nice British couple who frequent the garden, walked the entire area and then stopped for lunch. (over 11,000 steps in the garden alone today, Jim!)

Michael still has the last remnants of his cold and, aside from being tired, I'm feeling better. I'm sure the combination of my chicken noodle soup and going to bed at 9:00 p.m. really helped.
I made my usual porridge with blueberries and nuts for breakfast, set up a load of towels in the washer, loaded the dishwasher, made some chicken sandwiches and we set off on our way to Port Isaac.
bit warm. After leaving here we went to Saltash to catch a boat around
past the naval dockyards to Plymouth harbor. The boat left from under
the Tamar River rail bridge , built by Brunel. Plymouth was just
bustling with activity being a fine warm Sunday. Lovely harbor, some
